We’re just as excited as you are for your Aussie Alchemy order to arrive! That’s why we make every effort to process and deliver your items as quickly as possible so you can enjoy them sooner.

All our products are stored and shipped from within Australia, with warehouses typically located in Victoria or New South Wales. This depends on stock levels and demand. In case of heavy demand, we may need to ship direct from the manufacturer, which is outside of Australia. 

We only do direct from the manufacturer until stock is replenished at our local warehouses.

Our dedicated team works hard to process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. During busy periods like holidays or public holidays, this may extend to 48 hours.

You can expect to receive your order within 4–14 business days, excluding any delays caused by couriers. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19, there may occasionally be slight delays.

If your delivery takes longer than expected, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. While we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions. We’re proud to offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirements unless otherwise specified.

While our products are stored and shipped locally from Australia, they are typically manufactured in China to ensure we provide you with the best quality at affordable prices.
